The other day I was out surfing the net, looking as I always am, for good information to add to my arsenal on healthy living. I came across this website that has a program that really teaches a sound way to burn off unwanted fat.
If you’re trying to lose weight, be it 10 pounds or 100, it’s easy to be swayed by the ‘hype’ of a latest diet which promises that you’ll lose it all overnight. But the reality is, if you’re going to KEEP the weight off, it’s going to require a permanent lifestyle change. In that, you then have to feel that the changes you make are ones that you can continue on with indefinitely, which means you’re not going to want to live feeling hungry. This program designed by Isabel De Los Rios is going to be an answer to prayer for many.
Isabel is a certified nutritionist and exercise specialist who herself was in a position of having to make changes to shed some weight, but more so, take a serious look at her life as her family had a history of diabetes, which she could thereby be prone to. Here she is, before and after.
Written by someone who has been down the road, this program has much to offer. You’ll be excited to know that you’re not going to have to count calories, and you’ll learn which fats you want in your diet, which fats to avoid as well as why some foods that you are most likely currently eating, ones that are toted as being healthy and you thought should be in your diet, are actually hindering you from losing some of that unwanted fat.
This is definitely one program that I’m adding to my collection and one you’ll definitely want to consider.
